Overall quite good, fish fresh and well prepared. Salads a bit dry. Waiter was very nice, but it was very empty

Unfortunately disappointed - for 21 € the schnitzel without sauce or a little salad! The fish € 22.90 was ok, but also without vegetables. I know better there !!!

Good fish restaurant, requests are met. Good dishes, tasty and good quality food. As a hamburger I'm spoiled, but everything is right here, clear recommendation!

We were there yesterday at noon. Very nice waiter, was alone, but had everything under control. Food was great.

The food was great! Delicious fish with fried potatoes ... the kitchen service therefore deserves 5 stars. Service, however, is just one star. The waiter is extremely slow and you have to beckon him yourself to order. He also showed up some time later to pay.

Waiters consistently unfriendly, you don't feel "welcome" in any way, have waited over an hour for food! After 1 hour wait the first time asked how long it will take. Answer: “I'll ask in the kitchen for & wg. Corona takes longer “the waiter didn't come back. After 15 Min 2. Waitress asked what's going on "inside is soooo busy, I'll ask about it in the kitchen" Waitress didn't come back. Again 10 minutes later we went in Palaver made (inside there were probably 5 guests, because of a lot going on inside), the food came within 5 minutes. Fish quite good, fried potatoes 1. Far too little 2. Not seasoned 3. Fluffy overall, far too expensive for such small portions. Baked potato with mushrooms & turkey breast was very good!

We would have liked to have eaten something, but no one wanted to take an order. When we wanted to pay for our drinks, we had to call the waiter several times. No recommendation from us!

The fish Reinhard's fish plate was really convincing. Good quality. Service isn't perfect, but doesn't matter. Really nice outside at 22 degrees.

Sorry but not recommended at all, went there for the first time today and will never go there again. The meal lasted over 1 hour, the fish was totally seared and not seasoned at all, fried potatoes were still not seasoned but black. The wine was sour and the price of 5.50 euros was not justified. The child's food was cold and cutlery was only available on request. Staff totally overwhelmed and they have probably not heard of Corona rules. Unfortunately you have to give a star, but personally there is none. The krackauer at the sausage stand across the street was a lot better than the fish

Mixed feelings, was much better! Service staff rushed, food went well, lemon with the fish looked like the squeezed out from the previous guest. Waiter reacted very strangely to the criticism. Unfortunately, we were guests there for the last time.

We were won over by the menu on Mondays at around 3 p.m. while the neighboring restaurants were closed. But the waiter.! Although only partially occupied, We were ignored and forgotten when we ordered drinks later. We waited 45 minutes for the food. My mussels were too salty but easy on the eye. You even had to chase after my payments. Now I've read the reviews and then read the exceptional service website !! This is not a recommendation. But bad Tailored for day tourists.

We stayed here today and luckily hadn't read the previous reviews. Yes, the service wasn't the fastest but it was okay and the right thing came out. Food was delicious, we had redfish on chanterelle tagliatelle and the house fish platter. Price / performance from our point of view completely appropriate (but are not from here).

08/30/2020 It is nicely furnished there, but that's almost it. If there were negative stars then I would have rated minus 3. First we had to wait 10 minutes before a waiter came and then we had to wait 50 minutes for the food. I don't ask that you have to sniff it within 10 minutes, but an hour is definitely too long. The fish was OK but the ribbon noodles with the chanterelle sauce floated in cream that was not boiled down and tasted like nothing except for cream. A second waiter was rather sloppy in tone when we asked where the food was going. Doesn't work at all. Dear Mr. Reinhard, you should rather bring your restaurant up to date instead of giving interviews in the radio and the press about your Corona experiences. An external presentation is good, but if your shop has such defects in the kitchen, it is time to clean up there. Outside Hui but inside ugh. If I had read the reviews of your restaurant beforehand, I would not have stopped there. So many recessions can't lie here. In any case, I will no longer spend my money with you.

I can only advise against a visit. The wait staff was completely overwhelmed, didn't know their own menu, the fish was completely seared, the fried potatoes were partly raw, the broth of the mussels was too salty. The bright spots were the freshly baked bread and a fantastic rosé In the end, there was also a canceled beer on the bill ...

Waited 55 minutes. No waiter took orders. All very unfriendly. We went. With us 3 more tables. Not recommendable

Only got 2 drinks in 2.5 hours, nothing in the first hour. Staff totally overwhelmed. Except for a few lukewarm potatoes, the food was good.

Unbelievable ... I come from Bremerhaven myself and you know almost all the restaurants here. But I've never seen such bad service and rudeness !!!!! The worst thing about it is the food! The ordered redfish tasted like turkey meat and then also tasted musty! Beer was warm !!!!

We visited this restaurant on 07/27/2020. We have never been treated as badly as here! After we ordered drinks, it took almost 20 minutes for the drink to arrive. In the meantime, we saw the waiter clearing a table, dropping a glass and just leaving it. When the drink finally came we asked if the table could be wiped again because it wasn't clean. They said I'll just get a rag and after that you couldn't see a waiter. After another 20 minutes we went in and wanted the bill because the service doesn't seem to work. Inside you didn't know that our table should be cleaned, nor that you had not yet ordered with a sloppy statement: the other waiter was with you to take the order. We paid and left. We will never set foot in this restaurant again !!!!

Been there for lunch today, a disappointment. After 45 minutes of waiting, the food was a complete disaster. Cold fried potatoes, raw onions, fish portion very well arranged, price not reasonable, so you don't win back locals. Tourist ruff! Hello Willi, next winter is coming!

Amazing dinner!! Crab cream Baked potatoes Tiramisu

I ordered the "Fischteller Neptun" - three types of fried fish (Cod, Zander and Limanda) with fried potatoes, served with a Dijon mustard sauce. The fish was cooked just right and the potatoes were decent. Though a simple dish it was arranged quite nicely too.
